MEET Kia
Hi, I’m Kia, owner and Principal Consultant of LegacyBloom Consulting. Welcome, I’m glad you’re here. With nearly 20 years of experience in public health and nonprofits, I have committed my career to designing, developing, and executing large-scale, complex, and sustainable programs aimed at addressing and dismantling systemic health inequities affecting young people and their families.
I have a strong background in managing multi-year projects, overseeing substantial budgets, leading high-performing teams, and fostering strategic partnerships with foundations as well as state and federal funders. My proven skills in driving organizational growth include capacity building, crafting effective strategies, enhancing program performance, securing funding, and engaging stakeholders.
